China's first cybersecurity lab in new energy opened

Recently, China's first cyber security laboratory in the field of new energy was officially opened in China Longyuan Power Group under CHN Energy.


The laboratory is said to strictly implement the requirements of the dynamic security protection system of the power monitoring system, simulate the actual network environment of the wind farm, and carry out research and testing of the wind farm network security protection technology.


It also mentioned that this laboratory will ensure the network security of equipment from multiple areas such as security evaluation, risk assessment, penetration testing, and emergency response, and promote the construction of information system network security in the new energy industrial control field.
