On August 20, Huifu.com announced a strategic investment in Acewill which led to further strategic cooperation between the two parties. The investment will be used for accelerating the digitalization of Acewill's catering business.
Huifu is the first payment company in China to initiate digital transformation, which has significantly improved its digital solution services. Huifu has launched its self-developed SaaS products based on aggregate payment for the sectors including new retail, education, aesthetic medicine and others.
In 2019, the transaction volume of Huifu's SaaS service business achieved 195.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 926%.
According to the latest announcement, the transaction volume of Huifu's SaaS service business in the first half of 2020 increased by about 45% year-on-year.
Acewill is a promoter and practitioner of the digital transformation of chain restaurants, whose business covers all business scenarios including membership, cashier, takeaway e-commerce, supply chain, human resources, finance, and shop inspections.
