Intelligent recruitment management system firm Moka closes RMB100m Series B+

Recently, Moka, a provider of intelligent recruitment management solutions, has completed its 100 million yuan Series B+ funding round led by a well-known venture capital fund.


To date, Moka has raised more than 300 million yuan in its Series B round. Proceeds from the Series B+ round will still be used for talent recruitment, product innovation and business expansion.


Founded in 2015, Moka is a provider of a SaaS recruitment management system designed to make the organizational recruitment process more effective.


The company's platform uses artificial intelligence enabled screening program that automatically filters candidates and makes recommendations for companies, enabling recruiters to post job listings across multiple platforms with one click, saving them from the hassle of hopping between portals and achieve better recruitment results by employing suitable candidates.


By the end of June 2020, Moka has provided services for more than 700 paying enterprise clients, including well-known companies such as Xiaomi, 360 Group, Didi, Golden Arches, Burger King, Watson's, Fresh Hema, Semir, Pacific Insurance, ARM CHINA, and Beijing Capital, among others.


Moka’s recruitment management system reduces the time and cost of recruitment by 40%, reduces recruitment expenses by 32%, increases the speed of recruitment by 51% and enhances employer brand.
