Oceanus+ closes multi-million-yuan Series A+ round led by Med-Fine Capital

Oceanus+ announced that it has completed its Series A+ financing round raising tens of millions of yuan. The latest round was led by Med-fine Capital. WinX Capital served as the sole financial adviser.


Oceanus+ is a SaaS service provider for clinical trials. Its products include a clinical trial management system, which is dedicated to improving the quality and efficiency of all aspects of clinical research.


The main members of Oceanus+'s technological team are from well-known companies in the industry such as Pfizer, Prius, Northrop, and Tencent, etc. And have abundant clinical research industry experience. The company has a leading expert team of software engineering, information security, and product design in China.


Oceanus+ has formed a product system with S-Trial+ clinical trial center process management platform and O-Trial+ clinical trial execution management platform as its core, which can integrate the strongest platform resources and extend to more types of clinical services. The company has obtained ISO27001 and ISO13485 certifications.
