Tencent invests in Xlvren with a 2% stake

On August 10, Xlvren added a new investor, Tencent, with 2% stake.


Founded in 2015, Xlvren is a provider of an online platform intended to offer electric bicycle charging services. The company's online platform manufactures and operates smart charging piles and a charging pile management platform, enabling its clients to receive a smart charging networks within China.


In April 2019, Xlvren had garnered hundreds of million of yuan in a Series B round exclusively invested by Fosun International. Previously, the company secured investments from River Capital,Zhejiang University Investment, Zhonghai Investment, Beijing GuangXia Network, and other institutions.
